Since its founding in 1968, Spectrum Control has focused on designing and manufacturing products to suppress or eliminate electromagnetic interference (EMI). Spectrum Control's recent acquisition of FSY Microwave's filter, combiner, amplifier, multiplexer, duplexer, power divider, coupler and wireless integrated assembly and subsystem product lines, further expands their product offering. Spectrum Control products are used in virtually all industries worldwide, including telecommunications, medical, government, military, aerospace, computer and industrial controls. FSY Microwave (now a division of Spectrum Control), was founded in 1983 by a group of engineers with extensive experience in the design and manufacture of RF and Microwave Filters and Multiplexers. Since its inception, FSY Microwave, Inc. has become a leading supplier of filter technology to the Commercial, Wireless, Space and Military communications industries. FSY has delivered literally hundreds of thousands of components utilizing lumped element, distributed, transmission line and waveguide design techniques covering the 30 KHz to 40 GHz frequency spectrum. FSY's Quality System, derived from the requirements of MIL-Q-9858 and MIL-I-45208, has been devised to ensure that the final product is of the highest quality and reliability. FSY is currently preparing for ISO 9001 certification.
